Q: I didn't seem to receive my confirmation email and/or any others from you.
A: We always email our customers but some people may have spam filters set up in their email settings so please always check your Junk or Spam folders, as they may be there.

A: You can advise, comment or ask other members a question about our products.
 
Delivery
Q: When can I expect delivery.
A: If your order is received before 12pm then your order will be despatched the same day and we normally expect delivery next working day. Our aim is to deliver in 48 hours but it is not a guarantee and also depends on the time of year and also any backlogs due to increased orders.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
